Michael R. Ziomek, Esq.

Michael Ziomek is a seasoned attorney specializing in contract law, risk mitigation, and corporate compliance. With extensive experience as General Counsel for midsize companies, he has successfully navigated complex legal landscapes, ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting critical legal documents, and mitigating liability risks.

Currently serving as General Counsel for NV & Sons Builders Inc., Michael plays a key role in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, financial oversight, and project management. His expertise extends beyond legal counsel, as he also oversees budgeting, payroll, operational strategy, and business growth initiatives.

Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School.  He is licensed to practice law in Arizona,  and the Washington D.C. Federal Court of Appeals.

Michael also holds a Certification as a Mediator and also provides Pro Bono help with contracts and landlord/tenant law.
